3-day Mindfulness nature retreats


In need of rejuvenation and reconnection?

Back by popular demand! I am running 3-day residential mindfulness nature retreats for 4-6 people over the summer period. The retreats are taking place in the Lake District and Forest of Bowland.

kentmere Oct2012The retreat is an invitation to reawaken your senses, become more finely attuned to your inner self and your surroundings, and deepen your connection to nature through a process that is mindfully designed to support your experience in ways you may find restorative and transformational.

It includes mindfulness practice, time spent on your own in the land from dawn to dusk, periods of silence, as well as the opportunity for you to receive one-to-one coaching using nature-based and mindfulness-based approaches.

Research shows that connecting with nature and practising mindfulness are beneficial to our health and wellbeing. Mindfulness plays a critical role in emotional resilience and in honing psychological and cognitive functioning. For more on mindfulness click here.

Cost of participation is kept to a minimum: it includes 2 nights accommodation in a camping barn with fully equipped kitchen and sleeping mattresses.

About me Nadine Andrews

I have completed Mindfulness Teacher Training Level 1 course with Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice. A certified and accredited coach and NLP practitioner with 6 years experience, I am bound by the code of ethics of AMAC and ANLP with whom I have professional membership. I’ve undertaken extensive nature-related experiential training over the years and am currently working towards the Mountain Leader Award.
